FROM THE BREWERS: This Southern Hemisphere Pilsner came to us as a flash of inspiration during our travels across the Australian Outback. No, that’s a lie . . . we just really like the hops! We wanted to create a brew that showcased some of our favorite Down Under hops while also being the right beer to throw in a backpack for any outdoor adventure. A light, refreshing, perfectly portable Pilsner was just the right canvas to do that. 

TASTING NOTES: Starts off bubbly and bready with notes of biscuit and toast. Then, the Australian hops kick in with their sweet, tropical character. A medley of citrus and passion fruit lingers after each sip. The malt and hops work in tandem to make a uniquely satisfying beer and its dry, crisp body makes it oh-so-easy to drink. 

STYLE NOTES: We took the tried and true brewing practices behind German and Czech Pilsners and turned them all on their head with the addition of Australian hops. This is a hop-forward Pilsner that focuses on the strong citrus and fruity character southern hemisphere hops are famous for. Everything old is new again.
